All the parts of the food they serve taste good but the workers can't read. I usually order a garden avocado with onions but 75% of the time they forget the onions and I have to go back and ask for them which isn't so bad. But recently me and my friend order the garden avocado with onions, but they gave us bagels with the onion smear and that's it. We went back to get it fixed and the put all the stuff in the garden avocado but they used the same back that still had onion cream...read full review

The workers can literally never get anything right. They always mess my order up. They always move slow. They never understand what you’re trying to ask for. And they charge extra for EVERYTHING. MOST overrated and useless shop. Specifically this one that’s in UMBC library. The workers are absolutely low IQ.

The staff are either extremely nice or extremely rude. It’s usually extremely rude. One time I had to state my allergy at least five times and they still got my order wrong. Coffee is horrible as well, get coffee elsewhere, but it’s a decent sandwich compared to other campus spots.
