Been living in Baltimore for a little over a year now (2 years in DC prior via austin, Tx) and ever since I'd moved to the region I've been in search of an authentic feeling/tasting local doughnut shop. Whenever I visit Baltimore, Hoehn's Bakery is a MUST stop. And why is that? Simply because they have the best donuts in all of B'more. Furthermore, if it can be believed in this day and age, all donuts are the unheard of price of between $1 and $1.50...and that's not a typo!!! From Tuesdays-Saturdays (since they're closed the rest of the days of the week), there is a steady stream of cars and people coming in and out of Hoehn's. The service was outstanding, probably one of the best I experienced. The donuts were yummy and fresh. The dough especially was amazing. The jelly was ok, bit too much. We are not from the area, but will definitely come back whenever we are close by. Thank you.
