This is the cutest, arty spot I've been in lately! Plus the owner was taking orders and such a fabulous host that I felt like I stepped into a version of "Cheers" or something ova hea! I ordered a egg and turkey sandwich on bagel and a corn waffle with eggs. Everything was made to order and piping hot! I didn't eat the sandwich but it disappeared quickly w no complaints! Stopped in here for some breakfast and really enjoyed the whole experience. The staff was cool and the food was good. There's a decent sized art exhibit attached as well. Chill spot.

I lucked out. I meant only to “grab a cup of coffee” this morning casually on the way to Baltimore’s Penn Station to head home to nyc and lucky me for heading here. Good coffee, yes, yummy grits with cheese (my daughter had the tomato soup and grilled cheese) , relaxed homey elevated atmosphere with aninstallation of African textiles, patterns, color, and more. Also the adjoining gallery of MICA senior work was invigorating, inspiring.Thank you! …. Hope to be back !
