This place is INCREDIBLE!! I was not even going to post until after Mother's day because I don't want it to be booked!! So the menu is what!! The food is shut the front door ?!! The service is good and the Ambience is the absolutely most eclectic Baltimore you would ever want to experience. I thought the eggs were whipped cream. I said ohhhh"poached eggs for real". We really enjoyed the food at our brunch at Water for Chocolate. Some highlights: The jerk duck was excellent with great spices and was so tender it was falling apart. The thyme waffle was very elegant. The bread pudding was a huge portion and we ate every bite. A couple of misses: The poached eggs were too cooked through and weren't runny, which defeats the whole point of having them on the plate. Also a bit stingy on the bruschetta with the artichoke dip.
