“Honestly great Wendy's. Only thing that felt off to me was the atmosphere. Also I'm going to assume they just mopped the floors cause that was Sticky AF. Like it felt like a Mob of Kids Spilled a Gallon of Dr. p all over the floor. Other than that there Food is usually good. I got 2 Pumpkin Spice Frosty's. Just wish they were a bit more Firm like ice cream. They were a tab Melted. “First of all the much older women they have in their on certain days don't know what's on the menu. Don't know how to use proper grammar when taking an order.. then they will let you proceed to place an order only to tell you they don't have most of what. And the little short old lady with the gray hair who look like she should have sat down a long time ago is about as ignorant as the person who tried to help her out. I have learned that most Baltimore City fast food restaurants are always unprofessional because they used to just being straight ghetto. You can go in other cities and states to a fast food restaurant and let the white people be running it and you get the most superb services. And a nice clean environment.“
“The front order taker was rude. No courtesy skills. I waited 20 minutes before. I ask her would I be next after the one person's in front of me order was completed, she responded rude and obnoxious..I left..too many young people on their cell phones and not helping peopleI'll never return again .It was awful“
“Currently this location is undergoing construction. Typically they put out food just fine. There's the lingering grease in the air when you enter. Sometimes the mop water doesn't spread the grease across the entire restaurant and it's only a little sticky. I'm not actively looking to eat here in the store. They could convert it to a walk up to order sort of establishment and I'm sure people wouldn't mind. In the last couple of months the food quality shifts depending on the crew and the volume of people. Should that be the problem, no. But sure there's a reason for everything.“
“This is a fast food location, so the evaluation takes that into account. Our dinner was served quickly. The food temperature was appropriately hot. The hamburger patties don't have much in the way of seasoning, so that comes mostly from the condiments.“
“Tried the drive thru but it was closed, had my baby with me but I went in anyway. The lady who took my order was very kind and I liked her hair style. Since I had a baby in the carrier and had multiple items she held both doors for me as I left. Service was very kind and food was fresh.“
