No option for zero stars. The food is great and they have always gotten our order correct. The issue here is that it is always packed and you often have to wait an hour for your food AFTER the app says it’s ready. I see how hard the staff works. It’s not their fault. Honestly they should update the app to track your order CORRECTLY. That would lower the number of people waiting for long periods of time. Both orders were short, I ordered 2 6 pieces wings with fries, when I get home my orders only had 4 wings each. Very disappointed, was offered another order but due to the rain I declined, took a refund instead in which I have yet to receive. COUNT YOUR

I have been to so many wing stops but this is by far one of the best i’ve been to. I order from here all the time but I’ve never came in. I never have issues ordering online , they always get my order right. The staff in the store are so polite and kind. I came in tonight and all the young men in there were so polite and friendly.
