This location is deplorable and a sad representation of what Chipotle is. The food took over an hour to be made only to have the saddest portion sizes and embarrassing presentation. Not to mention it was missing several ingredients. Who ever owns this franchise location is clearly not invested in the team or the store as it is. Ordered online. Order promised at 4:50PM, arrived at that time and proceeded to wait nearly an hour for food that never came out, all the while there was maybe 3-4 people at the counter at any given time. Just gross negligence and poor customer service overall.

When we arrived the restaurant was having some issues and posted that they were out of chicken and veggies. I asked for a brown rice bowl and they then tried to talk me out of it because of all of the items that they were out of (more than chicken and veggies). In the end I got my bowl, but the staff gave a very weird vibe almost as if I was inconveniencing them by making a burrito bowl. The food itself was as expected from this chain.
