“One of our favorite spots on the Harford food and bev rotation. Charming, intimate atmosphere, with lower light and a quiet vibe great for relaxing with amazing food, sipping a good beverage (wine, saki and beer) and enjoying some down time. Have been going for a lot of years and think they are consistently elevating their game. Sushi is top quality with lots of choices, two of our favorites are the Monster Roll and Snow Maki. So many great dishes over the years and one of our new favorite is the Seafood Fried Rice. This version is different from every other version I've had, and much better! It seems more steamed and sticky compared to the usual hard and oily versions. I cannot get enough of this new favorite of ours. Staff super-friendly and very polite, and the sushi guys are hard working to plate some amazing fresh rolls. ALWAYS enjoy our visits! Thank you Kiyomi!“
“I think this is the best sushi spot in Bel Air 2024, now that I have gone to all of them. FOOD In appetizers, I tried the takoyaki, edamame, karaage, and ground chicken lettuce wrap things. They were all decent but nothing stood out nearly as well as the dinosaur eggs (which are not eggs, but a sushi thing), and so I strongly recommend those. Nice to see something unique and tasty! In terms of the other food, my friend gets various rolls and everything I have tried has been tasty. But I'm a big sashimi fan, especially as I can tell the quality of the fish after I've had it. And this is pretty good quality! That quality is a part of what sets this place apart from the other sushi spots in Bel Aid. SERVICE I've had the same woman serve us every time I went by coincidence, but she's always been very polite and well attentive without being pushy. Really liked her. AMBIANCE It's a casual and family friendly spot but also good for dates. There are booths that are decently well separated from other people so you do feel like you can get some hint of privacy here. Lighting and music were pleasant.“
“Took my son here when husband was in the hospital and we needed a dinner break. My son loves Asian food and he said this was one of the best entrees he's had in our area! Service was good and dinner was quick. We highly recommend this restaurant. The Pad Thai was delicious!“
“Hibachi cooking serving our seated bunch of 10 people.Fascinating to watch the culinary chef go abt his business, tossing meats into our waiting mouths using his spatula-type utensil!!Extremely expensive for the whole experience, making it a once-a-year deal for my family, and not more often.Kid-friendliness: Appealed to our younger kids with the performance to the extent my eight-year-old son sd he wntd to go back to eat there every week!!“
“Friendly over the phone, and in person. Not the fanciest place but very clean and inviting. The food is a notch above the average Asian take out, for the same price. Huge juicy chicken pieces, so tired of getting mostly breading from Chinese take out and I never get that here. Consistently fresh tasting. Appetizers like egg rolls and soup also taste fresh and well made instead of after thoughts. Wontons have good filling and broth is tasty. To be fair me and the wife really on get the basic stuff, sesame amd general tsos chicken, but it's excellent. I'm sure the rest of the menu is probably similar quality. Usually spend about 15$ for a dinner for two. Definitely the best Asian take out I've found in the belcamp/aberdeen area.“
“I have been going to the Orient restaurant in Towson since the 90's. I was hesitant to try this location because I didn't know if it would be as good. Everything was amazing! Just as good as I remembered and I was so impressed they were able to be so consistent for so long. We had the California rolls, sesame chicken, green beans and triple delight. Everything was delicious!!!“
“I love their food!! the lunch specials are a treat as well as their prompt and good customer service. There's never a lot of customerswhen im there for lunch, but the takeout call-ins orders are busy. I found out a few visits ago. This Orient restaurant is the same restaurant that was located in Towson for decades. I've frequent them for 25 years. Between their lease and the pandemic, it caused them to relocate location. What I can say is that those who dont know. They have a gem to discover.“
“"Chopstix Sushi Bar exceeded all of my expectations! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the sushi was absolutely delicious. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Micky. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my family dining experience was nothing short of perfect. I will definitely be returning to Chopstix Sushi Bar, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food and top-notch service!"“
“Hibachi Express has a wide variety of meals from suchi to udon. I started with the Miso Soup with Seaweed, tofu, and enoki mushrooms. The enoki were a special treat. The Seaweed salad was delicious and served on a bed of crispy lettuce. The sushi combo I chose had 4 pieces of Tuna Nigiri and 8 pieces of Spicy Tuna Roll with the usual condiments of pickled ginger, Wasabi paste, and soy. The sushi was artfully arranged and fresh. There is seating at tables for those who dine in and for those waiting for their carryout orders. Service is very efficient, and the overall dining area was bright and clean. It's definitely worth many return visits.“
“Absolutely amazing! The Thai chili Edamame was incredible and would come back just for that! We got the Empire, Angel, Sunset and Amazing roll, all were so good but the amazing roll really lives up to the name! Can’t wait to come back, service was great and the food came out so fast, this is the best sushi you will find in all of Harford and Baltimore county!“
