The place doesn’t have enough staff. Food is the same as other locations, but they’re short staffed for a sit down restaurant.I always get a NY style pizza, but the crust isn’t like any NY style pizza I’ve gotten. It’s thin, but it’s almost like it’s deep fried. I can’t really describe it. It’s similar to the crust in a pan pizza but thin. My neighbor received my order!!! We have ordered from here numerous times, usually without an issue, driver called lost on my dead end road once, last night (12/12/22) my order never showed ( tracking said delivered) I live on a driveway off the main rd so I can see when a vehicle comes up, I call them and the girl says "did you look on the porch?", I'm at the front door waiting, no one came here!! We ducked in for a quick lunch and it was really good. The food was great and the service was excellent. My cheesesteak was excellent and my wife ordered a salad which was good and quite large.
