Sloppy service - My clumpy rice bowl was swamped with sour cream which made a hot meal cold. The exterior of my fountain soda was given to me messy. It had soda along the exterior sides of the cup. The server seemed upset that I wanted another cup. Just pass on this. No quality controls. There are plenty of options at the mall.

Not all staff members were wearing face masks. Shame.There was no plastic barrier to prevent the spread of COVD. Shame. Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered online and paid and went to pick up the food. The manager said "I don't understand. Can you explain it to me?" Um. I paid and I'm here to pick up. It's too bad that receipts don't have order numbers like at McDonald's and you have to give a name. Not everyone in the US has an English name. There is no courtesy or greeting...read full review

I was pretty hungry so I bought some Chipotle, I ordered a quesadilla with black beans and brown rice with chips and salsa. The rice was absolutely PERFECT I can't say one bad thing about it. The chips also had a good salt to lime ratio too, and the beans were better than usual, And the quesadilla was great too. I finished everything in a breeze. overall I give it a 5/5
