Best place to get a deli sandwich in Maryland. No question. We must cherish the women who work in this deli and appreciate what they do, because they make the best sandwiches! They deserve raises. Also, solid spot if you’re a drinker, huge variety. Purchases today are the “big shot” some red hot chips, & some Smith & Cross for the weekend! Oh yeah!
The fried green tomato topped with goat cheese and jalapeno alioli what is absolutely phenomenal, cost $11. I'd drive 30 min just to get them. The cream of crab soup was ok, mine came out warm not steaming, bowl $12, too thick for my taste, with the crab meat on the top. I prefer more sherry and Old Bay.

We arrived for dinner an hour before closing. The manager immediately told us that they were closing in an hour, as if to forewarn us. The food was bland, and the ribs were tough.
