“The salmon birria tacos are a must try. The accompanying consomé is rich and flavorful. It tastes like homemade seafood stock with a little cream. They could sell that alone with a little shellfish and be straight. I found the tacos to be small, and the salmon was overcooked which was a bummer. But, I like that you can order everything as singles, and I love that they offer consomé without having to order three daggone tacos! I thought the other offerings were just aight, but will return for these. Very warm, kind staff. When you encounter helpful, smiling faces, you feel welcome and appreciated. Thanks ladies.”
“First time here, only 2 vendors during the week one with West Africa food and the other Latin. The hall is pretty big with a bar and a smaller space for a vendor with Vegetarian dishes. On weekends other vendors come in. Tables for dining, WiFi available too. Taco Tuesday here so that's what l had 3 tacos for eleven bucks l had one chicken, one beef, and one pork served with a fresh garnish along with 2 sauces. Completely fresh and savory. Very small however. So check out the portions before you buy. I was hungry that day and had to go home and make a sandwich. lol all in all a nice place.”

Aside from the food which was near perfect, the ambiance is very unique outside dining in a semi enclosed courtyard, railyard bar, and dining in a lodge-like room with fireplace. Some of my favorite dishes were the veggies, surprising because I'm more of a meat eater. Cocktails were excellent but do ask the bartender since not all liquor is documented. Wine list is extensive”

They only seat about 20 people at a time in their space, so I would reserve or come early. We came as they opened and were seated as a party of 5.For food, LOVE the brontosaurus! The broth is excellent and rich but too too rich, nicely smoked ribs, excellent selection of side veggies and the noodles had a great texture. The noodles in the mazemans were the same noodles as the brontosaurus, but the mazeman has no broth and so I prefer the brontosaurus. The ribs in the brontosaurus could’ve been more tender but I still loved it overall! Pork buns were good as well. Beautiful presentation and great taste on all! My son didn't like Musa food due to too salty fried oyster mushrooms & salty fries were overcooked.
