“08/23/2023- I ordered breakfast using the drive through. The first person who takes the order was alright. By the time, I got to the window to pay, the team member sort of hesitated trying to remember my order( 1 Oatmeal, 1 medium mango smoothie). Then the pick up window, that team member totally lost it by giving me the wrong order. This occurred around 10:44 am. I was calm. I politely restated my order, and thanked the team member kindly and drove on! The team member did not speak English too well. So I was a little understanding. The customer just before me, however, gave the team member some words for mixing up her food order!“
“They were very helpful in getting my unusual order just right! I depend on Their coffee to keep going on distant trips. I like to mix a milkshake and my coffee together... really tastes good and quickly cool off coffee to drink it all immediately.“
“Best McDonalds I’ve been to in the Maryland and Washington DC area. Very quick service, my food is always fresh. The service I get is always friendly, never ghetto. This McDonald’s has set the standard for every McDonalds in the area, no question about it. My last visit to this McDonald’s was February 4, 2023 between 11pm-12pm.“
“02/11/2024- Super Bowl Sunday! We chose this day and time to go (2:00 pm) because we knew everybody would be at home! We had the restaurant to ourselves with about 6 other patrons! A private party had just ended right before we were seated! Give the business a break! With economic conditions and business(es) untangled; I think IHoP is cool. Our waitress/server was prompt in seating us. She was nice, pleasant and detailed! She attended to us politely and professionally! We ordered Omelets and pancakes! Yum! Yum! Yum! Frankly, there was so much food; we could not eat it all. We asked for take out containers! Great prices! Great service! It was quiet in the family style restaurant! The kitchen staff was cool! I will be back! IHOP patron for life!!!“
“Everything was ok except I was giving a jr drink not even a kids meal drink instead of a medium which is what I requested. When I asked the young man he said no that’s a medium I said no sir he also tried to give me nugget sauce instead of Ranch dressing for my salad last night.??♀️“
“There is no serious business in this workplace. 10 employees are working but there is no one who takes care of the customer properly. I came here in 15 minutes, but I could tell someone in 15 minutes, no one looks at the customer's face and it's still 40 minutes. I couldn't get my order and I canceled it only two pieces of food and their cooking time Thank you readers for 5 minutes.Kid-friendliness: I'm 55 years old, I couldn't help myself so I could think about the child, there is no service here.“
“I was in my feelings and didn't want to go home at 9:30pm tonight to eat leftovers. So I came here and I'm glad I did. Casey and the drive through young folks were so polite. They made me laugh and I tried something new. I can definitely appreciate the great customer service.“
“Overall food was decent. Fries with chili and cheese were above average and milkshakes were excellent. Where it failed was the burgers. Probably one of the most average hamburgers I have ever had and I find it comparable to McDonald's. I didn't have it I was told their half smoke was delightful.I am giving it a 3 as it is apparently well-known but was fairly average in my perspective.I'm updating this to 4 stars because after our meal 90 year old owner, Virginia, took time to talk to us and tell us all about her and the restaurants history that is rich and pivotal in the black community of the area. Amazing conversation with her and if you can you should visit with her!“
“Clean location with great speedy service. The burger here is one of those chains that I keep craving. It's juicy and delicious.The Cajun fries are also my favorite. My wife loves the regular fries there. So, we have to take turns on whichever we order. If you have the cheeseburger, ordered all the way, one little fries is more than enough for two people.“
