I was treated to this place buy my son, the food is served hot, very good soul food, I found the hush puppies, mac and cheese, and yams to be very tasty, the chicken is a little on the salty side. I would go back and recommend.
Their cabbage is SOOO good. How good? Like I literally just drank the cabbage water good. And the cornbread is sweet and cakey. So perfect !! My only suggestion is that the chef lets me get in the back to help with the Mac n cheese. It was decent, but it's missing a little something. Besides that, everything was delicious and I look forward to ordering from Wilson's again!!

Came in on the whim and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. I appreciated the hospitality and conversation of Chef Wilson and Eddie. I am not one to jump out there to try something new unless I have a recommendation. They were gracious enough to let me sample the chicken wings and yams and they were delicious. I will definitely return.
