I took my family to the Bob Evans in Catonsville and it was not a good experience. Most of us ordered the While Hog, and the took 10 minutes for the meat to come out after the pancakes and French toast came out. The ham, hash brown, potatoes, were dry. I could go on and on but I just won't come to this Bob Evans again. The one in Perry Hall is great though

We did not feel welcome at this location since the moment we entered. I believe everyone should be treated equally. The service other tables were getting was noticeable of higher quality than our table, even though we had the same server!The server was Danyetta.

I recently visited the Bob Evan’s in Catonsville on Sunday I over heard the staff talking about the dish machine was broke and been broken since Thursday. THE DISHES AND SILVERWARE WAS TERRIBLE NOT ONE PLATE OR SILVERWARE WAS CLEAN. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE Corporate office immediately.

Hubby's favorite place because they serve his favorite Pot Roast.... This week I ordered the Sirloin Steak. The steak was very tender and well done. I enjoyed it very much. Love the Apple berry Splash drink; it's my go-to drink when here.Parking: Parking lot surrounds the bldg.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is.

Bob Evan’s always has good bacon, and this location is no exception. The staff was also very friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.The scrambled eggs had some meat tasting thing in it, and the pancakes had something oniony in it. It’s a pet peeve of mine when there’s something hidden in my food that doesn’t belong there.The atmosphere was also unpleasant. It felt smaller than other locations, it’s hard to get to the bathroom, and it was very noisy, though it was Christmas Eve.The checkout lady was very slow; we waited ten minutes to checkout, even though we were only the Fourth party in line.Also, the parking was somewhat sketchy, because it’s right off a six-lane stroad, it has a weird way of getting in, and it’s right in front of some industrial parking garage looking thing.All in all, I love the Bob Evan’s franchise and it’s sad that they’ve been closing locations recently including the one in my hometown, Eldersburg. I don’t know what they were thinking by closing the Eldersburg location, while keeping this one open; it doesn’t make any sense.Even the Ellicott City location off Hwy-100, which also closed down, was better.

If I could I would give zero stars. The professionalism from both managers were horrible and racist. I was a bystander waiting for my order and the way they were talking to their employees made my stomach turn. I was taught if you have a with your employees you pull them to the side but they complained in front of the store. They really need to do better.

My husband and I enjoy our breakfast dates here! The food is always great and the atmosphere is very nice and peaceful. We're usually seated and served quickly too! We also love the staff and their attentiveness to every guest in the building.P.s Try the peach tea and warm buttered biscuits
