“Great and consistent coffee. Sometimes the people at the window don't listen carefully and you end up with the wrong flavor in your coffee, but that's rare. And once my cappuccino was a bit cold but this is usually my go to DD. The macchiatos are made correctly with the right amount of espresso, unlike some other locations. People are friendly and they will happily replace your order if incorrect in any way.“
“The doughnuts at the Salisbury MD location are always perfect. As you know, the store is drive-thru only, at least since the early days of the pandemic. There are always wonderful employees at the window! They get a lot of beach-bound customers, and everyone we know makes it a point to stop by in both directions! But here is the best part: THE STAFF MEMBERS. One young man who -- might still be in high school --?was expertly handling a LONG line of drive-thru patrons. Another time recently, a wonderful female at the window went out of her way to help us use a coupon we had. “This must be a popular place as two different Baltimore friends have brought me here. The first time, we came in the late afternoon and almost everything was out. This time, we got here earlier. I was told to get the quesadillas! Interestingly, they were nothing like quesadillas. They seemed like little circular corn muffins with some cheese. They were very moist and delicious. I never leave a bakery with just one type of item. The cronuts were good. They were a little sweeter than I would like. What stole the show was the cream puff. It's hard to make bad cream puffs. I appreciated that the cream was not too sweet at all.“

“For some reason, there are 3 Dunkin's within a mile of where I live, and this location is the best of those three. The parking lot is a nightmare and there is trash everywhere, but they are quick and usually make everything correct here. The staff are efficient and pleasant enough“
