Is give 0 for service because one of the working associate pointing towards my religion and asked me such a stupid question. She knows I am vegetarian and my order was egg veg wrap. And made me a chicken wrap. She is such a rude and wired person I have experienced with. This is not something new it had happened to others as well. And this is the only associate who deal customers with such a disrespect way from last few years. Someone need to teach her how to deal customers. And specially how to talk to them. What ever I bought I left it there and didn’t get refunded as well. I wish not to see this associate again ..I was very hurt and just utterly disgusted at the way I was treated.. she pointed toward my scarf and asked me is I am Muslim. In a such disgusted way. That just screwed my mind. And I left the store without getting my food and return.. but here is a thing other associate are really nice and humble. And they did feel bad for what happened. But only that old lady who messed up with me was laughing and get me a chicken Wrap when even I told her that I am Muslim and don’t EAT MEAT .And she even didn’t said me sorry for what she did…

I started going to this DD about 8 months ago and about 4 months ago I noticed homeless people always outside the door. Which then turned into them opening the door for everyone. Sure it’s a polite gesture but I’m sorry I don’t need to see the homeless on my way into pick up my breakfast it kills my appetite. Now they stand inside and open the door. Get a hold of your establishment. People don’t want to see this on the way to picking their breakfast.

customer service sucks. The store closes at 10 PM. The employee locked the door at 10:52 with about 7 customers in the parking lot trying to get in. once she got tired of people knocking on the door she walked in the back and never returned..

I had a taste for a coffee. So I ordered online and thought I would try the coffee roll. Disappointed to have paid for it only to find out they were sold out. I was compensated for the inconvenience however I'm thinking it should be a way to keep track of inventory.Parking lot was too small for the location. It was a hassle turning around to leave.

Customer service is an issue. The staff shout at each other and bark at the customer. No greeting, just "what do you want?" Wait for the simplest of orders. When it's finally ready, they bark out across the counter, plop it down, walk away - no "thank you." Lounge and dining area not kept clean. Staff said nothing to a couple who brought a dog with them into the lounge. Where is the quality control?
