There is a older lady that works there she was extremely ruled argumentive and very unprofessional I forgot to tell her to put mayonnaise on my sandwich it was not done intentionally she said I'm not making sandwiches over which she didn't have too she could move the other stuff to the side in put the mayonnaise on bread..you know customer service is everything so I told her just put the mayonnaise top are could you make over I was the only customer there she went off and said she not making sandwich over I should told her from the beginning to put mayonnaise bread ..this lady really made a big deal out of nothing than proceeded to try to talk about me to my son which she thought was another customer very unacceptable never experienced any foolishness like this poor poor service and terrible ? bad experience I would never go back to that subway again...

The very short lady that serves is so stingy with the portion of the meat as if she’s producing the meat herself, I always try to avoid her but she’s so quick to jump and take orders. I went there one time and the meat portion was so small with only two slices of cheese , I let it go the first time , when back with my grandma and we got a foot long and could barely see the meat , put only three slices of cheese and charged us extra when we asked for more meat as if two people aren’t sharing the sandwich lmaoo , pls avoid this location, the food ain’t that good to be so stingy with the portions like that lady .

Workers followed food prep guidlines , Clean , parking lot is ok , very busy road to get out of lot if turning left . Never had any issues here. Food is good quality . Will visit

We bought 3 cookies to go with our meals (we ate in the store). 2 of them were chocolate chip which were great; the other was a white chocolate macadamia which was hard and tasted stale. We walked up and asked for a different one and were told that “we don’t sell stale cookies.”

I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!
