Ordered online. Tracker said our pizza was done so 5 minutes later we headed out. Stopped on the way to get cash then made our way to the store and 10 minutes later husband is still standing inside waiting with no pizza in hand. Reminiscent of Dominos who never has anyone's pizza ready on time.
I could not understand the person taking my order. I had to drive all the way over there to where Papa John is to give my order. The folks in the store were great. Thank you for your fast service.
