I’ve been coming to this location time after time hoping that they would improve but EVERYTIME my order gets worse either the food is extremely cold or the order is incorrect all the staff are rude except the manager overnight with the dreadlocks she always makes sure if something is wrong it’s fixed the guy with the LONG NAILS and blonde hair is very very rude and cares nothing about customers who pay money to this company I’m unsatisfied DO BETTER Wendy’s! The absolutely worse customer service the manager had a nasty attitude and the female cashier has a terrible attitude, terrible food when I asked for a refund the manager had a nasty attitude about it. I will never go back !

DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER. They couldn't fill my order and they told me I had to contact the app, which was closed, to get my money back. When I told them it was closed they told me to call tomorrow. The soda was literally hot, as they had no ice. No straw, even with the request. No chili hot sauce, even though it was requested. The staff was rude with an attitude and completely oblivious to the fact that they weren't helpful. Terrible customer service. Never again.
