Mulligan's Grill & Pub is where I meet my friends prior to Terps basketball games. The food is tasty and fairly priced ... as are the beverages. Last month I chose Mulligan's to host a memorial celebration to honor a fraternity brother who passed away in September. On November 16 over 60 friends and family of our deceased brother gathered in the William Thomas Room of Mulligan's.
