We were looking for a place to stop to eat on the way home from DC. So happy we found Bon Fresco! We got the London Broil sandwich and the Fresh Mozz and Tomato sandwich. Both were fantastic! We ate them so fast we forgot to take pictures! The bread was perfect. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. If we weren't full we could have eaten multiple of each. Ok the London broil sandwich is fantastic on a French bread baguette. This place is known for it, so I won't waste time telling you about the perfect steak is tender and delicious. What people sleep on is the soup. I had a bowl of the tomato saffron soup which came with the softest mini loaf of bread. Both myself and my toddler finished a bowl and loaf. I just recently discovered this sandwich shop with a local friend and it's delicious. You get the smell of fresh baked bread as you walk in. Their menu is simple. The warm sandwiches are the way to go with a good amount of meat, grilled veggie spread, and hot pickle relish that works well together.
