This place is a hidden GEM! Thank goodness for the tip about being next to Leidos because it's tucked away in a business park and the lot was empty on a Saturday afternoon, but were thrilled to see the sign lit up as open! Lovely new facility. Had the Belgian Waffle with blueberries and tofu scramble. Just went vegan last year and this is the first waffle I’ve had that tastes like it’s not vegan. Had a cinnamon roll also which was light and fluffy.
While I'm not a vegan, my daughter has a dairy allergy and we are *always* on the hunt for treats she can enjoy with us. We ordered a heart-shaped cake for her birthday, along with cinnamon rolls (soooooo yummy, they melt in your mouth), sangria for me (hey, this mama needs to treat herself too), and chocolate chip cookies.
