The front counter person was friendly, however I did not get a receipt, so I couldn't leave a corporate survey. Very slow service. I understand the lunch rush, but this was beyond this. A Doordash order completely stalled the store in its tracks. Order accuracy is lacking, ice machine not working. If you only have a 30 minute lunch break, find someplace faster.
We always do order-ahead drive-thru and have never experienced a problem with the order. It can be slow to get the food, but that's because they're making it right then & there so it's worth the wait.The drive-thru staff have always been super friendly and helpful, something I don't always see at other fast food joints.
