This was my first visit and I will not be coming back. The shaved ice snowballs have a very funny mettalic taste-like freezer burn ice. I wish the shaved ice was good but it isn't even ok. Staff is rude-I asked the hours of operation and the counter person said to read the sign.Was a waste of time and money!Chris. C.

Love stopping here while in the area. My kids love it. Wish they took credit cards. Sometimes too much flavor depending on who is working but sometimes made perfect. Some of the kids working there barely wear clothes though, border line inappropriate for a family stop.

Icy Delights has been a staple in our community for quite some time now. I have been enjoying their snowballs since I was a kid.It’s been great watching Icy Delights expand over the years! They are always on point, and have a full ice cream and snowball menu. My snowballs are always perfect with the juice to ice ratio. This is by far my most favorite snowball spot!

This is the best place in Dundalk to get a snowball. They have a ton of flavors. They even have an Old Bay snowball..... I know kinda weird, but what can I say? I love Old Bay and maryland. I just don't want Old Bay on my snowball, lol

The snowball flavors are good, this is usually our family's goto spot but the workers here have attitudes and aren't friendly, they need to improve on their customer service , and for 5$ a snowball you'd expect it to be full, they don't tap down the cups while filling with ice so 2 taps turns your 5$ snowball halfway full.

Excellent place for a real Snowball, Flavors are out of this world, always add Marshmallow to the middle. All the employees are great attitudes. $.25 Gumball machine outside location gives you a chance to win a free Snowball with Smiley Face on Gum.
Just got a large chocolate snowball with marshmallow and the chocolate takes like syrup and marshmallow was nasty and runny real marshmallow would harden a little. Never again. Had to put one star to post this but they don’t deserve it

Best snowballs in Baltimore County! My favorite is the chocolate with marshmallow. I love how they put the marshmallow in the middle. No mess! Prices are getting a little steep though which I understand.

Employees were rude. Very long Long wait for a completely melted mega shake. Mega shakes are not worth the money. Hair in 3/4 of our deserts. Snowballs leaves a weird gritty aftertaste. This Was our 1st and only time visiting. Will go somewhere else for our icy/icecream treats

Pretty busy right before close we had an order for a family of 6 and no fuss all work, young man was taking out the trash and stopped to assist with preparing orders and he made sure to wash his hands between tasks which is big for food safety. All in all solid experience.
