1 Car in front of me to order in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes to order then another 15 minutes to get my food. This definitely isn't fast food!!! The employees are incredibly rude and food was awful!!Drive thru is terrible but inside is worse!! Last time I went inside and the manager named Ray acted like it was an inconvenience to hand me my order that I placed online. Wise ave is definitely the place to come if you want to wait 30 minutes for a cold burger and then get treated like trash by employees. This trip is my fault for being stupid enough to come back here. Save your time and money this place is a joke!

If you’re reading mcdonald’s store reviews, you should already just go somewhere else. But this location is among the bottom of the barrel. The service has never once been good. I’ve lived in this area forever. I’ve seen them tear down and rebuild this location. One thing never changes though and that’s the horrible service you’ll get. It could be mcdonald’s failing to train people how to use 100% of their brain power or just the lack of anyone caring, but this location is a quick way to make people never order mcdonald’s again, and especially never enter a drive through again. PS: Why add another drive through lane if you’re still going to make every customer pull up, sit in their car like an idiot for 20 minutes, and then still forget to ever give them the food they ordered and paid for? Seems counterintuitive. Prayers to anyone in greater dundalk craving a big mac, you’ll be lucky to get the right type of bun.

I don't know why I keep ordering from here. They screw it up EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time I was missing two sandwiches. After Door Dash drops it off, I have to drive to the store and complain. I asked the cashier to make my entire order fresh, since everything is now cold. They would only give me the two missing sandwiches. Last time I was also missing two sandwiches and called the number on the app to get a refund. They said I would receive a credit, however that never happened. I know I shouldn't expect much from McDonald's, let's face it they all suck, but this McDonald's gets the award for worst location ever. I have learned my lesson.

This place is horrible please don't go here costumer service sucks .. I go to picking up my food and after 20 minutes waiting on assistance nobody ask me anything I try to let a cashier know I was picking up but she just ignored me than a black manager and the cashier were doing racist comments about me and my partner for being Latinos Ignoring I also speak English I also paid for 3 Half of bacon and they only give me one I definitely never go back to this place.

You can tell The adult toys was searched though by employees looking for the rare before handed out because all the original factory bags for the toys was gone and seal was cut I guess the manager just don't care sodas was flat and the employees are very rudeKid-friendliness: Do not take kids they shouldn't be around such rude employees
