Went there tonight feeling rather down in the dumps, but Tori at the right side register cheered me up with honesty and conversation. It doesn’t matter if it’s Italian Ice or Lobster Tail, bad customer service with destroy any goodwill. Tori made my day without trying so I left a tip almost as high I spend on my item.
My childhood Rita’s here! Tasty treats everytime, very friendly staff. Was having a rough work day and when I got here the customer in front of me literally had the line held up for more than 10 minutes. I appreciated very much that the woman working the window apologized though she didn’t need to at all :)
