Excellent service and amazing food and drinks.That are other BBQ spots out there that depend on sauces or sides to make up for a lack of quality smoked meat. Rude BBQ has 5-star smoked meat without the need to compensate. Did the somehow manage to still take this place to a next level BBQ establishment? The food is really good but the server doesn’t really know the menu. I was told that the Pattymelt I had lettuce and tomatoes when I asked to add it, but it didn’t come with it. I was pretty disappointed about it because I figured that it didn’t but was assured by the cashier.
