We're from Florida, and found this place just down the road from the hotel while here for LAX on 7/15/23. Gotta say hands down the best place for subs/sandwiches! We walked in and my daughter said "Dad, you know this hole in the wall is guna be good, right?" It's not much to look at, but you just got that feeling it was going to be good when you walked in.....and she was right! Decided to check out Phillys Best since I was in the area. I love how meaty and full the subs are. Only problem...with all that meat the sub doesn't pack any flavor at all. Just bland steak. No salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, slap your mama etc.. the sub left me heavily disappointed. As far as the french fries go, I don't know how many times I need to say this, potatoes need salt! These fries tasted just as bad as Burger King fries.
