This place is such an institution, it probably doesn’t really need another review. However maybe this would be helpful for people who are not as interested in the double fried chicken as their dining mate is. My friend ordered the boneless chicken wings and was elated at the decadent, umami flavors, and what’s not to like with all that salt and fat? This place is awesome, sure it's a chain but the food is delicious and the service at this franchise is top notch.I messed up my order on the website and wasn't able to get through on the phone and they comped me the difference immediately without question. It was actually my fault but they started making up the difference before showing me how to split the flavors.

Sometimes its very hard to call in a order here either the phone line is busy or no one picks up. The columbia mall bonchon is definitely quicker and their chicken taste much better. Whatever recipe they are using at Columbia malls bonchon should be implemented here.
