While I was waiting in line, the lady working behind the counter came into the dining room and used her hand and arm, up to the elbow, to smash the trash down in 4 trash cans. Then she walked right back to her spot behind the counter. I asked if she was going to wash her hands and she rolled her eyes and put on hand sanitizer instead. Today was Absolutely the worst Chipotle Experience. We ordered on the app for lunch. When I checked the bags before leaving I noticed that a guacamole was missing. I went to the register for assistance and they shooed me over to the girl preparing the app orders. She was no help. This place was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location. This is my local chipotle and when I come here in the evening the night employees are friendly, nicer, and customer friendly. Today coming in around noon it was horrible. The lady came to the counter greeted me.
