First time went to JJ, but can anyone tell me why I paid $22 for a jalapeño chicken sandwich?They said i have to pay the wrap and sandwich prices. Also, I asked them to heat it, but they mentioned that Jimmy Johns will offerr only cold sandwiches. I am giving 3 stars is because I liked it after baking it in oven once I reached home. Been to several locations and never disappointed. Everything is fresh and plentiful. I use their app and it is ready when I arrive. I have a favorite and now it is even easier to order. Never disappointed. My favorite sub place. Their bbq chips are the best.

I like the Cajun chicken sandwich. Before that, it was the Black and Bleu. Too bad these are temporary menu items. Several standard menu options are good also. Consistently good quality and fast service. Slightly higher than average cost is worth it, when you're seeking a little more enjoyment / class than usual in a relatively quick fuel fix.
