It's rather far from baltimore city and doesn't attract those who are unfortunately homeless or suffering addiction. Employees are genuinely respectful. Beat location in the baltimore area in my opinion!Parking: Weekends can get a little jammed, usually pretty open though.Wheelchair accessibility: The building entrance is a little like navigating a walmart parking lot. “Quick backstory: I flew my little sister and mom on their first trip to the U.S. a year ago over Christmas. She had her first chicken sandwich, loved it, and would be on the lookout saying “Pop-eyes” in her accent whenever we passed one. It became a super cute running joke. I stopped at this franchise on a whim to see if I could acquire some Popeye’s gear for to bring on my visit to Chile this past Christmas. The owner was very kind and went above and beyond. “Drive thru had a 9 or 10 car line so walked inside and drive thru and Uber eats / Door dash orders take priority over in person customers. Waited 15 minutes for a McChicken. No exaggeration. In their defense small staff and they were working their tails off. I think they have just been trained to make the drive thru and mobile orders first priority.“
“I don't typically eat from McDonald's but my grandkids do. I want to say that this location, by far, has the best drive thru service, the lady in the morning shift is very polite, helpful and has a truly happy demeanor. Such things are welcome and needed in today's world more than ever.“
“I have to say, I've been to a few different Chick-fil-A's and this one has been by far the best one I have ever gone to. First of all it's extremely well organized as soon as you walk thru the door to place your order. The staff is amazingly nice. This location is insanely clean and you see the employees constantly cleaning as your there. The restrooms and neat, sanitized and actually smell nice. The food is hot and delicious. Staff walks around checking to see if you need anything else. Also the Manager Croix Bishop literally stops by each table to greet each customer and see how their experience at this location was going. Ultimately an employee stopped by our table and offered us after dinner mints when we finished our meal. So thank you to the awesome staff and manager Croix Bishop for such a fantastic visit to your location.“
“Yum! I was hungry and looking for something open that I could walk to from my hotel room. Jackpot!The owner/server was very generous and kind. I came up and said I was a first timer and hungry and I got some delicious fish and chicken. The chicken was VERY tender and juicy. Great place and memorable experience of being taken care of!“
