I didn't like that the cashier was firm about the menu options. I like Arby's. And I will go again. But not to this one. Other Arby's are I little more flexible. Don't worry. You didn't lose me as a customer. Just train staff a little
I ordered on the app, and when I arrived at the restaurant, one of the items was unavailable. I contacted support and was called back within a day, and two vouchers for free meals were sent to me. Way to rectify an originally, unpleasant experience.
