I went at the morning of Thanksgiving. McDonald's was the only store open in that area on that day. So, it makes sense that they were busy both on the drive-thru & in store. But to my surprise, they were able to keep up with the orders and flow of customers on both fronts as far as I saw from inside the store. I have had the worst customer service experience in my life just now. I pulled at window to pay no one was there so waited few minutes then went to next window to be told I needed to back up and pat at first window in the worst languageNever will go here againSuch disrespectfulness

The drive-thru line was over 15 minutes and you couldn't get out because all of the other drivers were behind you. The burgers were so salty you couldn't even eat them.Terrible
