First of all, this place is excellent the staff work so dam hard and get such disrespect by customers. I come in often, and how people talk to the staff is unacceptable. Angel is accommodating and hard-working; she is always willing to help me. We typically order to go. It's overpriced and portion sizes are abysmal. We still like it the food, but like Panera more for the convenience. It's definitely not the old Panera we are used to. My biggest grip is that our online orders seem to always be missing something or the size of the item is off, i.e., a small soup when a large was ordered. That staff is always friendly and fixes the mistake, so that's nice. We just wish we didn't have to wait 10-15 min after a online pickup...read full review
We ordered a sandwich and a bowl of soup. The sandwich was chicken salad and was so drenched in sauce it sogged out the bread instantly. Not enough chicken salad for 1/2 sandwich! While it was okay, just okay tho...Very chinzty! Tomato soup was good but the croutons were so hard & inedible. Not worth the $$$$. Chef
