A hidden gem in Frederick in my opinion.Peking Gourmet service has always been great and the food has always been what I wanted.The first time I tried it I had the Orange Beef and was impressed by how tender it was. This was for delivery.Because of how much I liked it I went on a day I was off and dined in by myself to see how the place felt. So ordered our standard Monday night carry out tonight . Surprised to see new owners behind the counter. The place is coming back to life! Looks like they will be opening up dine - in soon . Now...a light suggestion on the menu. Please keep the original recipes . We git the cashew chicken and it was REALLY over sauced and the chicken rice noodles had random vegetables in it. So..just know going forward, your favorites might taste a bit different . Overall will be back next...read full review
