Waffle House remains a quintessentially American establishment, in a time of constant change Waffle House continues to be an enduring refuge of community and fraternity. This location is slamming. I guess as small, or big as many, and hit or miss on getting a good server. We hit it on a Saturday am and were fortunate to grab a table before about 4 or 5 groups rolled in behind us. Coffee is not hot enough and waffles should be just a bit crisper, but love the spped and efficiency and the hash browns. Not their fault, but would just go nuts if they used fresh jalapeños for their hash browns.

Here’s the thing! I love Waffle House! So no one-off bad experience is going to soil this place. When I arrived it was so jam packed I had to wait 15 min to be seated! Because they were so busy my food took a long time, my waitress handed me my food without ketchup or syrup so I had to recruit nearby individuals on the bar to pass the syrup.
