Best Persian food in Maryland, hands down. Their koobideh and chicken kabob never fail to impress me or anyone else I've brought here for the last five years. I cannot stress how delicious the food here is.
Visited Caspian in June 8th, 2023. The food was amazing and tasty. I had the chicken and lamb plate with rice. The lamb was done well and not over cooked at all. The chicken was extremely flavorful as well.Needless to say, I was stuffed after eating it all and had to venture through DC extremely full.

My wife had the filet mignon kebab and I had rack of lamb, medium rare. Succulent and delicious. We had salads which were very fresh and delicious. Also sides of grape leaves, so fresh and just the right level of oil and mint, and Kash bademjahn, so so good. I can not recommend this place highly enough!!! Sorry Mobey's, this is our new goto place!!! The staff is so friendly and charming :)
