I actually like Roy Rogers fast food. It's one of the few fast food places that I will visit. I think there roast beef sandwiches are excellent and are unlike most fast food.In this case the service was not good. One person in my party had to wait more than fifteen minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. This takes the fast out of fast food.If this review was helpful to you please give it a thumbs up.
We arrived at about 9ish last night. As soon as we walked in, I see Yaneth, an associate there, replenishing the condiments bar, which looked amazing! Then Yaneth proceeds to tell us about the menu... as we were asking each other. She was so helpful in everything she was doing.I like to post about associates who make my visit better and that Yaneth did. Thank you, Yaneth for a job well done!...over and beyond what she had to do. Well done!

My roastbeef sandwich was great. Tasty, fresh, & large in portion. My wife's chicken, however, was overcooked & dry. Our fries were also overcooked. This was the first time we had lackluster food here, so perhaps it's due to new or inexperienced help. Recommend? Tough call.
