“I often set meals of celebration on my schedule after completing a hard day at work, hot pot hero has been my choice for that meal very regularly. Amy, always addresses me by name when I visit and always make sure I have everything I need. She and the rest of the staff are awesome, the food is also exceptional portions are great and the overall experience is why I go.Parking: There is parking on the road, as well as parking around the corner in the building next to HPH.“
“first time having brunch here. I've had dinner here several times. Anything and everything you try will taste amazing!! This time, I tried fresh oysters, Mr.Bubble mimosa, bacon&leek risotto and key lime mousse. The service is always great and you'll never be disappointed.“
“Lunch combos aren't worth it. I've order 2 different combos (curry chicken & szechuan chicken combos) and all you get is a bunch of veggies covered in sauce and barely any meat, which is highly disappointing. At the price points, you're better of just ordering a regular meal because I also ordered double cooked beef and that was amazing and the portion for that was really good. Their apps are really good. I really liked the fried crab sticks and they're much better than other chinese places I've had. Other than that, the service has been great. No comment on atmosphere but each time I've gone, there's always people there so thats a plus.“
“Just awesome food and drinks. Pricey but worth the cost.Update 2024 - well things are back in place. Great food, staff, and experience. Under new ownership. It shows.Update 2021 - things are slipping - pictures of the candle holder on my table - the could have at least cleaned it a before setting this on the table- food has taken a similar hit - rooting for a rebound“
“The service was exceptional and the food was excellent. In addition to a good amount if attention and making recommendations, the server was polite, friendly, and helpful, the food came out quickly and at the right temperature, and our drinks never got empty. Overall great experience.“
“The first time I came here was to celebrate my birthday with a few co-worker girlfriends. The girls told them it was my birthday and they came out sang to me ,(I can't recall if this is where I got to wear a sombrero while they sang). We had a good time.... Since then I have visited a few more times as it is in walking distance for me. It's a great place if you want to sip on a margarita on the patio which has a sort of tiki bar vibe at night with the lights...or come watch a match while eating the tasty Mexican & El Salvadoran cuisines. I've tired and enjoyed the ceviche, fajitas, pupusas and margaritas several times. I did not care for the nachos but it was a to-go order and sometimes that can really make a difference when you get nachos. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly. I recommend stopping by!“
“In the years it was gone after the fire I missed it so much so many memories of ordering and eating to watch big sports event or just hang out with friends. Their food always been on point. It’s always hot ready to go and the staff there is good very good I would recommend going therelike for me multiple times a week but for the average whatever once a week to week sounds good for you beginner lol“
“It's a restaurant with a hometown feel. Every portion is super large, and you can take it away if you can't finish it!! The owner and Chef "阿雄師" are super hospitable. The hidden Taiwanese menu changes all the time, so next time, you can ask the owner if she has any new dishes.“
“Let me start by saying... BEST FOOD EVER!!! My party of six were seated quickly as we arrived early in the day. (Best time to go without a wait.) Our waiter was Gaje who, btw, was amazing and attentive with a great personality. The GM Rahsaan greeted our table soon after and really made us feel welcome and at home. He was very personable and cool! Our table was very well taken care of between the two. The Baked French Toast is simply ridiculously delicious. No syrup needed. I also ordered a veggie plate of charred carrots, broccoli and a loaded baked potato (without bacon or cheese). Each and every veggie dish was absolutely amazing! Charred carrots?...come on! I couldn't get enough of the smoky flavor on the outside and perfect consistency and flavor inside. The broccoli had great flavor and the baked potato was fluffy and crazy flavorful and tasty!! I tasted a friend's street corn and ? OMG! So good! I ordered the 5 layer lemon cake with blueberries and blueberry sauce to go...so much deliciousness in a desert without feeling guilty!I can't give this restaurant enough stars. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and left extremely satisfied. Thank you Rahsaan and Gaje.Vegetarian options: Plenty of really tasty vegetarian and vegan options.“
“Stopped by Poke Bros during my lunch break to pick up a bowl to-go! I had gotten a 25% coupon in the mail so today seemed like the perfect day to use it. You can order off their regular menu with pre-made bowls, but I chose to build my own. I got a half-half salad mix/sushi rice, half-half salmon and marinated tuna, with pretty much all the free ingredients including carrots, edamame, corn, cucumber, tofu, and fried onion. The sauces I chose were spicy aioli and ponzu. Positives first: the bowl tasted GOOD. I mean flavor was on point. The salmon was fatty and melt in your mouth. It tasted fresh. I just haven't quite had salmon in a poke bowl like that before. I was surprised that the tofu had flavor as well, like it was marinated in a sweet soy. Overall no complaints with taste. Where it fell short for me was the portion. Hardly got any protein and on top of that, they chop the fish into super tiny pieces so you get even less. I ended up paying $12 for the tiny bowl (with the 25% coupon) but nonetheless was expecting more. Definitely was still feeling a little hungry afterwards. Overall, would give it a 3.5 (debated rounding up or down). Not sure that I'll be back as the value isn't quite there for me.“
“We happened to come across Yu Zhou after a trip to Sam's. This is clearly a family owned restaurant. On our visit I noticed the owner giving the staff iced teas from a local boba spot. Major kudos, more restaurants could learn from his leadership. Take care of your people and they'll take care of your customers. Staff was awesome and attentive, it's really an all hands on deck operation! Now the food.... Generous portions, American and authentic Chinese options and something for most everyone to enjoy. All in all a fantastic option for when you crave Chinese food!“
“Table setting was very nice and the food presentation was beautiful and very tasty. I loved the lamb chop with the creamy sauce and spices. I enjoyed the North Indian cuisine and so did my family. So thankful my son and his wife invited me to go on Thanksgiving Day!“
“We came twice, one dining in, one take-out. We tried the specials (not on English menu): 什锦炒河粉three meat fried with veggies and wide rice noodles; 盐酥鸡便当fried popcorn chicken bento; 夜市炒花枝night market squid soup; 三文鱼炒饭salmon fried rice. The most recommended dish is the fried wide rice noodle, very good portion, good amount of protein and veggies. My second favorite goes to squid soup, comfort food, squid is fresh, good nutrition balance! It's good to have a restaurant offers family style food nearby.“
“I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. I have always been very happy with their food. I really wanted a chicken chimichanga which I have had numerous times before at this restaurant. To my surprise this time they looked like Taquitos. I wanted the enclosed chimichanga with the tender chicken. This time it was not enclosed and of course the chicken was dry and crisp when it came out. I asked the waitress if it was the House special chimichangas that I ordered and she said yes. I told her I was accustomed to the enclosed chimichanga where the meat stays tender. She said that is only available in the seafood or fajita deluxe chimichanga which she would be happy to switch out for me. I didn't want seafood and I didn't want a steak and chicken combination, I was just really looking forward to a simple chicken chimichanga that wasn't dry. And of course I will never ever send anything back, I have seen way too many movies of what could be done if you send your food back and I don't want to chance it. I will go back again to this restaurant but I will never order the House Special Chimichanga's again. There is plenty of other good Mexican restaurants in Hagerstown that I can get the chimichanga that I want and not taquito looking chimichanga's. The taquitos that I was served tasted fine but I was just really looking forward to a simple chicken chimichanga so I left unsatisfied. The margarita did help get me through my disappointment. Best margaritas in Hagerstown.“
“29Jan.2024 My first time here and it was a superb lunch with me and my mate. The ladies handling everything was awesome. From the apple martini ? ? to the Kendal Jackson Chardonnay. Love the Martini Monday’s (just found out about that). The bread and oil with pesto and olives were so delicious. The Josephine Mussels and Imperial Dip was so scrumptious. The Cod imperial was so moist and cooked to perfection. The broccoli steamed perfectly and beautiful color. The crab chowder was the correct consistency of cream and crab. The garlic herb potatoes were great and hot.The first time was the best time. My pics will speak volumes. That you yo the two ladies that were the best customer service ladies and had great attitudes throughout. Thank you ladies so much.?“
“We stopped in here for lunch while walking around town and was honestly impressed! The food was simple but delicious! Though not pictured, i had the cajun pasta with chicken. The chicken in the dosh was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy! And the sauce and flavor also spot on. The drinks here are great and so is the service! It's a huge space too so perfect for getting together with loved ones. Oh and the prices arent too crazy. Worth a visit!“
