Bad experience here unfortunately. Our server needed more training and focus. He repeatedly forgot our requests such as the bottomless sides-sauces, brought the wrong orders, and drink refills were slow. He sent my blood sugar though the roof with a regular peach Lemonade even though I asked many times if it was sugar free because I'm diabetic but I was reassured it was sugar free... it wasnt! Shane, Bar Manager at Red Robin’s located at Waugh Chapel in Gambrills, Md adds outstanding value thru promotion of the RR’s brand, exceptional customer engagement/service and his mastery of introducing/recommending paired cocktails with the different RR plates/meals. Let me just say, you can never go wrong with the food. So good. However, I'm simply posting for the poor hostess. She was seating us and the manager was SOOO belittling!
