I’ve been to the restaurant a few times and have always had a pleasant experience HOWEVER I’ve been ordering from them on DoorDash lately. I love the fact that they still give the free ice cream with their kids meal even on delivery platforms but that isn’t what this is about. The employees here go ABOVE AND BEYOND every time and I appreciate them so much for it. Hello I been to Friendly's two times and I was the kid that ordered grill cheese sandwichs and fries with the uhh blue drink I forgot what it called but I even got the monster Sunday ice

The cashier got my order wrong. I ordered a turkey club sandwich and the cashier gave me a turkey melt. One of the waitresses tried to fix the order, but my sandwich was not cut up in 4 pieces like it is supposed to be they just threw together and cut the sandwich in half. I wanted my sandwich to look like the picture they have in the menu. I am very disappointment in how my food turned out. They took no consideration for how they made my food since they messed up.
