Ordered sandwiches on way to meeting nearby. One was a turkey in an 8'' hero and it was a generous amount of meat and extras. They have a 12" but we imagined that it would be good for 2 people to share. The other sandwich was a fried eggplant sandwich which was very tasty as well. Good spot for a quick bite. Good food! Great deli type sandwiches, burgers, etc. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Recently ordered several subs and chips for visiting friends. Order was correct and ready in no time! I always pick up my orders.

Found myself in Greenbelt looking for lunch and tried Generous Joe’s Deli. What a great stop for lunch! It’s like stepping back in time when good food was prepared fresh at a reasonable price. The service was super friendly. The cheeseburger was great and the turkey club sub was enormous! I would definitely make this a regular stop if I lived in this area.
