The servers we've had, Britney and Ayrika (spelling?) are lovely. The food has been disappointing. For example, my order was messed up twice last time, and I didn't even ask for modifications.
While my server was lovely and fairly attentive, I was really put off by the general atmosphere and some choices the BWW corporate and local management is making. For one, I had to choose my own seat and was sat without a menu. On the table, I was expected to scan a code on the in order to look at the menu through my phone - which was kind of irritating because it felt like a cheap experience and if I had a larger order or was order for my whole family - I would be pissed.
