The young man who was Manning the window was exceptionally Pleasant and very nice. He complimented me on being polite and patient! And he made sure that what I purchased was fresh and hot.
I just came through the drive. Been anxious to try the new Texas whopper and it didn't disappoint!! Also i would like to commend the young man working the drive through. He was very polite, courteous and accurate with my order. Also, another young man deliver the food to the window who was also very polite and reconfirmed order. I am sorry I didn't get their names. It's really sad that I had to wait in line for 20 minutes for 2 whopper meals. This restaurant used to be so fast in the drive-thru but something is seriously wrong. They used to get cars in and out very quickly. Maybe corporate should take a good hard look and visit the store and make some changes.
