The Rasta pasta with the shrimp was off the hook! Perfect amount of spice and flavors the whole way through. Will be going back. Just tried them at the Hagerstown Caribbean Carnival.
My wife and I visited the Ti Boutik Caribbean and Haitian Cuisine today at The Market Hub and it was simply some of the best food either of us had.I had the Spicy J*** Chicken with Rice and Beans as well as the Collared Greens with Bacon. It is one of the best places for Caribbean food in the area and one of the places I have wanted to try out since moving back to the States from Cuba. The food was soooo delicious, and the service/staff made me feel very much at home. Respect!!
