Now I know the reviews are bad, but this is about my experience. I know it is possible that I got lucky lol but it is only fair that I rate about my experience. I ordered a cinnamon and sugar pretzel and it was good. The cashier informed me that the item was not immediately available, but it will be fresh and hot in 10 to 15 minutes. Super friendly staff made this a great experience. He gave off the feeling he couldn't be happier to provide our pretzels. We ordered two sweet almond, but no butter (which is a special request requiring the pretzel to be made fresh)-he was more than happy to accommodate. Making the pretzel went quick, it was bagged perfectly, ample napkins, wrapped tightly, stayed warm for the drive home. Super yummy when eating-well seasoned (lots of almond topping!) Quality visit.

I had a taste for a delicious pretzel, and since i had not bought one in years, i ordered it. It was shortly after they opened, so I expected the pretzel to be fresh. I even asked the staff member and she said that it was freshly prepared that morning. Though it was edible, it certainly was not the same caliber of pretzel that I have come to expect. I have no interest in purchasing another one any time soon. The staff member provided good customer service.
