Worst Papa Johns I've ever been to. Never gets an order completely right. I ordered delivery, and it took nearly 2 hours to get our food. One pizza was wrong. I called to complain, and they told me that they were busy and would essentially get to me. I drove to the store (which negates the point of delivery). The pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, but it was half pepperoni for some reason. Instead of making a new pizza, they put new pepperoni on the other half and ran it through...read full review
The story is too long to tell, but I order here a lot. It’s usually a good experience but the staff tonight need training in customer service and maybe a manager because I asked to speak to one and he/ she was not
