“Had several different dishes so far and they're all good. You get more authentic Greek dishes that you can't find at other places. Falafel is crispy, but not too dry. Orange cake with honey cinnamon syrup is outstanding. Got the linguine pasta & the first time the veggies were grilled & it added a nice, complex flavor. All of the other times getting that pasta though, the veggies aren't grilled. $22 is a high price point for essentially veggie spaghetti. The grilled veggies are what really elevates it & I wouldn't get it again without that preparation.”

“I was working in the area and Tandoor Spice was 1.5 miles from my last stop. I discovered it by other good reviews so tried ordering on my phone so I could pick it up. When it came to submit there was a little spinning circle and it continued until I arrived in the parking lot. I went inside and the nice gentleman apologized, checked the system and when he couldn’t see the order hung up in the system, he took my order right away. I ordered Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. For the inconvenience he threw in a complimentary dessert. Got to the hotel and had a very good meal. More than I could eat in one sitting. Medium spice was perfect for me.”

“TRY THE FAMILY STYLE. My husband and I have eaten here plenty of times but this time we had our kids with us. We tried the family style menu and we're extremely impressed by the portion sizes and how everything was served. We were given the option of two appetizers which were huge and plenty to split amongst four people. In addition, we had two large salads, one of which we didn't even touch because one salad was enough for the family of four. Our waitress suggested several menu options which the kids and I loved. My husband was able to get his favorite rigatoni D. We all still had so much food at the end of our meal that we packed most of it up for leftovers. The best part of the family meal was the desserts. Small portions of each of the desserts on their menu were served, allowing the kids in my husband and I to try a piece of each one. We left extremely happy and full.”

“I was looking to support a dessert spot that is black owned and my client found Apple Core. I went there and got the lemon coconut cake. It had a genuine homemade taste. Not super sweet...just right to satisfy my sweet tooth?And the owner is super sweet. She loves what she does and it shows. I love supporting a good business with great customer service.?”

“We were looking for a place to stop to eat on the way home from DC. So happy we found Bon Fresco! We got the London Broil sandwich and the Fresh Mozz and Tomato sandwich. Both were fantastic! We ate them so fast we forgot to take pictures! The bread was perfect. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. If we weren't full we could have eaten multiple of each. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast and pleasant. There are plenty of tables to sit down and eat and the ambiance was that of a deli. We loved it! If we are ever back in Columbia, MD we will definitely hit up Bon Fresco again!!”

“I went to this restaurant yesterday and I loved it! For 1 the food was phenomenal ( do not pass out the Pastéis de Nata cause they are absolutely delicious) and Manuel, our server, was so knowledgeable and gave us amazing recommendations. For appetizers We had the basket of bread, which was so warm, the caldo verde with their authentic chouriço (would highly recommend trying if you like soup) and the shrimp in a lemon and garlic sauce which was divine. For entrees we had the octopus, YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS DISH and the Bacalhau and it was absolutely amazing, it felt like I was back in Europe. The food was so so so good that we just dug into it and forgot to take pictures! But we have one of the Pastéis de Nata, which is the original recipe from Lisbon.”

“Seriously do NOT pay attention to the nagearive reviews. This place is 10x better than MOBY DICK around the corner. They give you complimentary bread and dip. Their kabob is the tenderest and juiciest in town. I don't know what oil and butter mix they use to cook it, but it is to die for. Best of all, they don't nickel and dime you for grilled onions, bread, and sauce like moby dick does. Honestly, woth mama joon around, I expect moby dick to go out of business soon.”
